Château Fourcas-Dupré sold to Gérard Jicquel

Château Fourcas-Dupré in Listrac-Médoc has been sold to Gérard Jicquel.

Château Fourcas-Dupré covers almost 60 hectares, including 47 hectares of vines in a single block. The estate has been owned by the Pagès family since 1970 and  was classified as a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur in 1932 and 2003.

Gérard Jicquel co-founded the French facilities management firm SAMSIC with Christian Roulleau, who earlier this year acquired Château Dauzac in Margaux, although he has since sold his shareholding.
