Vineyard Intelligence acted as advisor to Pierre Rousseau and Château Laffitte-Carcasset in relation to the acquisition of Château Haut-Beauséjour in Saint-Estèphe. The estate has 10 hectares of vines and was previously owned by the Roederer Champagne house, owners of Château Pichon-Lalande in Pauillac and Château de Pez in Saint-Estèphe.

Pierre Rousseau, president of Rapido Group, a private family-owned business that is one of the leading manufacturers of motorhomes in Europe, acquired Château Laffitte-Carcasset earlier this year.
