Chateau Villa Bel-Air in Graves has been purchased by the Ballande family, owners of Margaux Grand Cru Classé estate Chateau Prieuré Lichine. It was previously owned by the Cazes family, owners of Pauillac Grand Cru Classé estate Chateau Lynch Bages, who purchased the estate in 1988.

Chateau Villa Bel-Air is located in the commune of Saint-Morillon, approximately 30 kilometers south of Bordeaux. The vineyard covers 43 hectares, producing both red and white AOC Graves wines, and is located in a single block around the 18th century chartreuse, which is  classified as a “Monument Historique”.
