Chateau Tour de Pez in Saint-Estephe has been acquired by Jacky Lorenzetti. The estate has 30 hectares of vines planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It was acquired by the previous owners, the Bouchara family, in 1989.

Jacky Lorenzetti, founder of the Foncia real estate group and owner of Racing 92 rugby club, now owns or part owns four estates in Bordeaux, having acquired Chateau Lilian Ladouys in Saint-Estephe in 2008, Pauillac Grand Cru Classé Chateau Pedesclaux in 2009 and a 50% share in Margaux Grand Cru Classé Chateau d’Issan in 2013.
