Château de Candale is a 13 hectare Saint-Emilion Grand Cru property located in the commune of Saint-Laurent des Combes. It was purchased by Jean-Louis Vicard, of the Vicard cooperage, in 2009. He undertook significant renovation of the winemaking facilities and chateau, which included the creation of a restaurant, L’Atelier de Candale.

Magali and Thibaut Decoster own two other estates in Saint-Emilion, Clos des Jacobins (8.5 hectares) and Château La Commanderie (4 hectares), both of which are ranked Grand Cru Classé.
