Chateau Bellefont-Belcier acquired by Peter Kwok

Peter Kwok has acquired Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé estate Chateau Bellefont-Belcier. The estate includes 13.5 hectares of vines situated on the south-facing slopes of the Saint-Emilion plateau. The estate was previously co-owned by Dominique Hebrard, the former owner of Chateau Cheval Blanc, and made headlines in 2012 as the first Grand Cru Classé estate to be sold to a Chinese buyer. The property changed hands again in 2015 before the current sale.

Peter Kwok’s Vignobles K  owns a number of other Right Bank properties, including Chateau Tour Saint-Christophe and Chateau Haut-Brisson in Saint-Emilion and Chateau La Patache, Enclos Tourmaline and Enclos de Viaud in Pomerol.
